Customer support is not prompt. **What problems is Hatica solving and how is that benefiting you?** To improve Developer productivity and solve accountability. ### 2. The interface is very friendly, and the four key metrics is an industry-standard. It was never that easy to get metrics from GitHub to understand hoe our productivity can be improved. **What do you dislike about Hatica?** There are a few things missing: * There is not much flexibility to see DORA metrics. I can only see them for the repository, but not for a specific team. This seems to be very good when we work with microservices where each team "owns" one or more specific services, but when we work with monoliths or monorepos it gets hard. Modular monoliths have been increasing in popularity, but we can't have metrics by teams using this approach. * It lacks some stuff like ignoring weekends on dev cycle time, understanding that a PR is opened as a draft, and other things like this. **What problems is Hatica solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem of measuring productivity. Usually we need to gather data from Github and JIRA (or whatever other tools teams use) and consolidate them.
