Senior Business Analyst Enterprise (\> 1000 emp.) 6/16/2023 "Best service that helped me through Pandemic till day" 4.5/5 What do you like best about Hathway? 1) Plans - They are very affordable and offer a wide range of packages such as monthly, quarterly, and annual with varying speeds. 2) Customer Service - The executive behavior and service are amiable; they will tell the customer the exact situation without hiding any difficulties. 3) Connectivity - During Pandemic, I've never had a problem with connectivity, even during the worst monsoon season. The pricing is great, the services are even better! I have never faced any issues with internet availability or speed. It's really an enterprise supporting ISP. What do you like best about Hathway? Nothing, horrible connectivity and harassment with constant calls after I switched providers, even after I asked to be put on the DND list. Hathway harasses their customers who decide to switch to another provider, and are in violation of the law that says that once a customer asks to be put on the DND list, you're not supposed to call them. They ignore the multiple requests I have made for DND and continue harassment. I have found loads of subscribers online who are also being harassed. Horrible connectivity, too.
