Healthcare, legal, and government teams use it to summarize medical records, draft prior authorizations and appeal letters, write SOAP notes and discharge summaries, and review claims without sending PHI or CUI to commercial AI clouds. Upload up to 100,000 pages of PDFs, scans, documents, and Excel files; built-in OCR and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) return answers cited to your source text. Hathr signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) within 24 hours, never trains on customer data, and is compliant with 42 CFR Part 2 and 38 CFR § 7332. Hospices, skilled nursing facilities, RCM teams, law firms, and agencies use it, with 3,000+ organizations on the platform. Unlimited use costs $47 per user per month with no seat minimum; the API starts at $45 per month.
