It has allowed our Office Managers (online team) to automate their responses which both speeds it up and frees up thier time to talk with the hottest leads. It also allows for detailed customaziation so any of our companies who might have overalpping customers don't have to worry about it being confusing for them. It is allowing automated responses to customers/leads which enables us to get to the customer quicker as well as to focus on leads that are resonding VS manual follow up with those who are not. It does not fail. it works well with our CRM, and does exactly what we need it to do when we need it done. If there is every and issue, I can quickly contact the help desk or my account manager, and they take the time to explain and/or troubleshoot. It is VERY reliable. So if I wanted to just send out a "Happy Holidays" message, I could do so without needing to make groups etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Hatch solving and how is that benefiting you? The quickness of the automation (STL for sure) , as well as the comfort in knowing that it is working on its own (without me working). For example, when someone calls a forwarded number we have on file, but leaves no message, it would be nice to find whom it was that tried calling us by entering the phone number into the search area.
