HatchGrab is an online ordering system built specifically for food trucks and street food vendors. Unlike generic ordering platforms designed around traditional restaurants, HatchGrab is built to support the practical needs of mobile food businesses. \*\*Online ordering and collection slots\*\* Customers can browse your menu, place orders and pay online, choosing a collection time that suits them. Food truck operators can manage kitchen capacity and control how many orders are accepted in each time slot, helping prevent more orders coming in than they can prepare. \*\*Spend less time answering questions\*\* HatchGrab includes WhatsApp auto-replies to help handle common customer questions, such as where your food truck is trading or how customers can order. This helps reduce repetitive messages when you're busy preparing and serving food. \*\*Simplify your social media\*\* Prepare your Facebook and Instagram schedule posts using your existing designs. Upload your artwork and HatchGrab helps fill in the relevant dates, locations and trading times, ready for you to share with your followers. \*\*Designed for food truck operators\*\* Whether you run a single food truck, a mobile catering business or a street food operation, HatchGrab gives you tools to manage online orders and organise collections without the complexity of a system built for a traditional restaurant. HatchGrab is straightforward to set up and works on phones, tablets and computers. With a free basic plan and paid plans offering additional features, you can choose an option that suits your business. Visit hatchgrab.com to explore the features and try a personalised demo using your own menu.
