Hassil is a fitness management platform built specifically around WhatsApp, because members actually read WhatsApp, they don't open emails or app notifications. What it does: - Remind and follow up with members on payments using WhatsApp — smart, escalating WhatsApp reminders, no one has to remember - Send WhatsApp renewal and expiry reminders — sent before expiry, on the day, and after (win-back), so members re-up without you tracking dates or asking - Flag and alert on low sessions remaining — members know to rebook before they run out - Bring back members who already left — reactivation campaigns that turned 15 lapsed members into paying members again in one week, for one gym - Run everything from one place — members, payments, packages, and bookings, and so on - Let members book their own classes — self-booking from your public page, no phone calls, confirmations sent automatically via WhatsApp - Skip the front-desk line — QR code check-in, members scan and get admitted instantly, no staff needed, attendance tracked - Sell more without extra tools — in-gym product sales (POS) tracked automatically - Know your real numbers — expense tracking and profit reports, not guesswork - All sent from your own gym's WhatsApp number, through Meta's official Business Platform — real delivery tracking, not a workaround Two ways to run it: - Fully automatic — it sends on its own, nobody has to remember - One-tap — your team stays in control, one tap sends it
