I like how easy the product is to use. We use Harvest for both time tracking and expenses. The ability to create projects and task categories to a very granular level allows for insightful analytics down the line. We are able to see where we are burning the majority of our hours, on which types of tasks, etc. As far as using Harvest for expenses, the UI is straightforward and intuitive. I don't think anyone even formally showed me around it and I was able to pick it up immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This may be a silly, minor gripe, but I don't love that the day doesn't auto-update. You must manually select which day you want to log your hours towards. As someone who consistently logs their hours each day, it would be nice if it defaulted to the current day. But honestly, that isn't a big deal, and it takes minimal effort to work around by checking that you're set to the correct date when you go to log your time. I like that it has two different views of how you can view your week/log your time; I like to use the daily view since it makes it easier to track my time.
