What do you like best about Harvest?

Harvest is easy to learn and use. I needed something fast when I took on a consulting client. I found Harvest, downloaded the trial, set up a project, entered some time, and generated an invoice. I was able to do all of that within an hour.

Entering/tracking time using the timer via the start/stop button is great! I can do that from my desktop or from my phone. I add notes listing what was accomplished that will appear on invoices I send to my clients.

I have been able to generate the reports I need. The standard invoice format if great! Invoices are very easy to email to the contacts saved under the client record.

I have not had to contact support. So far, online help has answered all of my questions.

Harvest is priced very reasonably for what is included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Harvest?

I wish that Harvest had a PO number field at the client and/or project level. Currently, I need to remember to add the PO number to invoices.

It would be nice to have a report listing invoices via payment date that can be exported to Excel. I want to compare the amount I've been paid to the 1099 I received from my client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for the kind words and thoughtful feedback! I've recorded your request for POs that you can add to the client or project. For reporting on payments, you can head to Invoices > Reports and toggle to run a Payments received report. That'll have dates, amounts, invoice IDs, and clients for every payment.

What do you like best about Harvest?

have a clean interface to track time with many management options that avoid you to espend excesive time on that task. I use frequently in my daily work and is integrated with my employer management platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is so overpriced compared to what's out there. It's so limited in terms of features. Can't have visibility and who changed their clock-ins manually unless you pay $17.50 a month?! And they just rolled that out, I couldn't even see it till now. Horrible product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Harvest?

Harvest is a very intuitive and easy-to-use application for my team. The best part is that a user can make modifications to go back in time if he or she misses recording time. We have been using Harvest App for the last 6 years and my team loves it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
