We love using harvest to keep tabs on our team. We can track time to specific tasks in Asana, which we link to. Harvest and Asana are easily integrated. We have both contractors and employees, and Harvest gives us the freedom to track time on projects and track employee time. It doesn't seem like it has a contractor invoicing option, but perhaps we have overlooked it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't much to dislike about Harvest. It's more or less does what it says it will do and does it well. I do get a bit confused at times with the way they format time, which can be like 1:30 or 1.30, which mean different things. Harvest allows my small design team to easily track our hours–both manually and in real time. The app seamlessly integrates a categorization feature, so we can track our hours not only for specific clients, but for specific projects and sub-projects that correspond to those clients. I also appreciate the option to edit hours/notes for weeks previously submitted for examination by our project manager. All around an easy app to navigate and it makes our workflow more efficient.
