I like that Harvest is kinda easy to use, which is pretty cool. It's got a nice API, and we're able to integrate it into some automation tools, which is pretty awesome. The detailed profitability reports are also great for drilling into billable hours versus costs per project or client. This helps me spot overruns on hard-to-find parts early, which is great for optimizing budgets and boosting margins. Setting up Harvest was too easy, and I feel it's perfect the way it is.
