# What is the easiest way to manage changing pay rate in many projects for a single client? In addition to my other clients, I do freelance work for a web design agency. I set up each of THEIR client websites as a project in Harvest. I like having this setup because, for their invoicing purposes they need to know how much time I spent on each website, and it helps me keep track of any budget limits on each website project. But when I raise my rate with this agency, I have to edit each project to raise the pay rate, which is tedious.
