"The BEST time SAVER EVER!!!"

What do you like best about Harver?

If you have ever done reference checks you understand the time suck and frustration of dealing with leaving messages and waiting for calls back to complete the check. It is ridiculous! It is a completely outdated way of doing references- this saves so much time and frustration and the outcomes are better than if I would have talked to the person myself anyways. LOVE CHECKSTER!!! What do you dislike about Harver?

nothing. I can not think of anything I don't like, they have thought of everything to make this as user friendly and as simple as possible!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Checkster Reference Checks Save Time & Are Easy to Use"

What do you like best about Harver?

Our company uses Checkster's Reference Checkup (soon to be called Reference Insights) during our application process for employees, volunteers, and interns. We have consistently found the Checkster site and software to be easy-to-use, simple and effective. The average time for receiving reference feedback has been significantly reduced! What do you dislike about Harver?

Although our staff have become accustomed to the user interface (e.g., the dashboard), it doesn't feel quite as sleek as the candidate portal and dashboard. However, I believe the administrator/recruiter dashboards are in the process of getting an update, so that may all change soon! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Harver solving and how is that benefiting you?

Checkster has freed up staff time by providing a quick and efficient medium for requesting and obtaining references. No longer are we having to attach Word documents to emails or follow-up on reference requests directly. Checkster has empowered our applicants to see which of their references have been returned and which are still incomplete, allowing the applicants themselves to nudge their reference people and set the pace for this part of the process. In essence, the legwork of reference gathering has been primarily undertaken by the Checkster system and the applicant! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Checkster offers critical context about prior employment experience and ensures we have a clearer understanding of our prospective hires. It also weeds out candidates that lack integrity. What problems is Harver solving and how is that benefiting you?

Checkster solves many problems by automating the process, making it easier and less costly for the employer and taking less time from prior employers. It also creating anonymity which fosters much more open feedback. Checkster also reduces legal exposure created when references aren't handled properly by the employer or reference giver. The system catches integrity issues that you may not uncover until someone is hired. And last but not least, Checkster drives employment leads and in today's labor market, we need all we can get.
