Ease of use; the front page is laid out so there is nothing that can be missed. It is clean and there is not a lot of random stuff going on. It is easy to see which reports are pending and how many people may have already responded to the check. It is also extremely easy to see those that have been completed. You are able to pull reports once the reference check is complete and they are extyremely easy to read as well. There are ways to save certain profiles of questions that are sent out for reference checks. You are able to build a profile based on the needs of the role and client. If I had to choose anything, it would be Checkster closing a reference check without all of the participants responding. Checkster only requires two references to create a report, but many of our clients require that there be three references. We use Outmatch Assessment and Pre-Recorded Interview through and integration into Taleo Business Edition. Assessment provides us with some great insights into how an individual will fit in the position, as well as, helps our hiring managers ask great follow up questions in the interview stages. With the integration the assessment can be sent to the candidate using req-based status change with auto-email but the pre-recorded interview has to be done within the assessment. The fact that I am no longer wasting time making phone calls. Spending time on those calls, or trying to reach someone without any luck takes time from my other tasks and Checkster frees up that time.
