Easy to use with a few limitations **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2017 **What do you like best about Harver?** - It is easy to use for applicants and easy to review applications from the staff perspective - It is easy to see a snapshot of insights into the customer experience **What do you dislike about Harver?** - The order of the candidate experience is fixed (eg. you can only have 1 promotional video at the beginning, the 10 question form can only be at the beginning ) - I cannot edit a live interview which makes it harder to be responsive to candidate feedback as I have to clone the interview, change all links on our website etc - The form has a maximum of 10 questions meaning you can't collect all the info you need from a candidate - You cannot have more than one form on an interview - The free text answers are limited by a tiny character limit - The questions on the form have a small character limit - The number of users on the account is limited to 10 - The thank you and welcome videos are set to specific points in the process **Recommendations to others considering Harver:** See if it integrates with your other systems otherwise the process to download candidate details and create accounts elsewhere is very time-consuming **What problems is Harver solving and how is that benefiting you?** The need to recruit volunteers at scale for a new online platform Benefits - reduced time to review applications and inform candidate of outcome quickly ### 2. It's very good if you tend to forget yourself while working. Also you can track time for your Trello projects, which is the best project management tool around. So this integration is very welcome. **What do you dislike about Harver?** The statistics could have been better, but it's a fairly simple tool, there's nothing to dislike about it. **Recommendations to others considering Harver:** If you're a Trello user and you need to track time for your projects, this is a very good solution. **What problems is Harver solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps to take a few minutes pause during work. It's main purpose it's time and project tracking though. ### 4. We call this knockout round. Our technical team has the ability to set the questions and determine the candidates worth a full interview. **What do you dislike about Harver?** There isn't much to dislike. occassionaly have a audio glitch, but nothing consistent. **What problems is Harver solving and how is that benefiting you?** Process improvement moving candidates into full technical interivew. As a result, they were selected, taking another person's spot, and had to be let go. **What problems is Harver solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ability to interview hundreds of people with over a thousand reviews withoit having to coordinate meet up times across timezones. Simple and effective time-tracking and motivation tool for Trello users **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Aditi T. | Traductrice, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2017 **What do you like best about Harver?** The pomodoro rythm (which can be adjusted to the rythm that best fits you with this app) really helps me stay on track and not procrastinate or get distracted or bogged down. It's much easier to stay concentrated for a short period than for hours on end, and a short period of work is a lot less daunting to face. It also helps avoid distractions such as incoming e-mails - you have a set time to finish on your current task and know you have to wait until the end to go and look in your inbox. As I use Trello for nearly all of my tasks, Pomello is also a very expedient way of keeping track of exactly how much time I spend on each task, not counting breaks. The Pomodoro rythm does allow for quite a lot of breaks - 5mn for every 25mn work - but if you keep strictly to those 5mn, you can get through a surprising amount of Pomodoros during the day. And as mentioned, the rythm can be adjusted in this app. **What do you dislike about Harver?** Some of the settings are a little tricky - you need basic regular expressions to be able to reduce the number of trackable boards, for example. **Recommendations to others considering Harver:** If you have any questions while using it, don't hesitate to post them on the support board - the moderators there are very friendly and helpful. But the app is so simple to use, there aren't many questions to ask! **What problems is Harver solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fitting in a lot of actual work in my day, keeping track of pauses and distractions; and the time-tracking logs on my Trello tasks are now my calculations basis when I need to make new estimates. ### 9.
