Switching to different lists and using it with Trello can get a little confusing. It would be helpful if there were more documentation on how to sync trello and pomello. I don't necessarily love the visual graphs they put in the checkster reference check, but I think that some people are more visual and they probably enjoy that aspect of it. I also wouldn't say this is a problem/ something that I significantly dislike, but when you want to complete the reference check, and there aren't two supervisors, you have to request it to be closed by customer service.
