**What do you like best about Harver?**

Ease of setting up my new applicants. It’s as easy as adding a name, an email and click a button! Couldn’t take less time than that! Also the rater emails that are sent out are professional and the reports are visually pleasing.

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

I am new to the platform but if there was a way to single out the references within the report, so that I could have my choice to pick and choose which ones show, that would be more helpful. This may already be a capability and I just haven’t figured it out yet.

**What do you like best about Harver?**

It helps me stay focused on one task at a time, and it gives me a healthy break that I would never actually take if it didn't do it for me.

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

Switching to different lists and using it with Trello can get a little confusing. It would be helpful if there were more documentation on how to sync trello and pomello. Also, sometimes the timer doesn't alert me that it is time for me to take a break, so I just keep going forever until I notice that I was supposed to take a break. The timer just keeps going past 25 minutes, or whatever I've set up.

Use Pomello to help you manage your time effectively and efficiently.

Pomello helps me to be more productive with my time, so I can complete projects and avoid procrastination and perfectionism. It keeps me focused on what I need to be focused on, and helps me to manage my work time in a healthier way.

Checkster is extremely user-friendly- probably one of the most user-friendly and straightforward platforms I have used.

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

I don't necessarily love the visual graphs they put in the checkster reference check, but I think that some people are more visual and they probably enjoy that aspect of it. I also wouldn't say this is a problem/ something that I significantly dislike, but when you want to complete the reference check, and there aren't two supervisors, you have to request it to be closed by customer service. It's not too much

**What problems is Harver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves us a significant amount of time and energy not having to reach out to references direclty. It also looks extremely professional, neat and organized, which is a huge plus when sending reference checks to clients.

Deep insights into not only skills but motivations for potential and current teammembers.  It has been invaluable in our process for training and selecting sales people in particular.

It's tough to find anything I disliked about the product.  Nothing comes to mind!

This has been extremely helpful in the hiring and placement process, cutting down on our hiring individuals without the appropriate skills/mindset for the position.  It also provides valuable insights into coaching and more rapidly developing our new hires to success.

**What do you like best about Harver?**

All reference checks are a problem of passed times. It's mainly a guesswork and cumbersome process that you are doing the entire process manually. The control unit is really simple to use as well as has a lot of helpful features. No barrier, that is great also for remote drivers, is not a bad Internet connection. It delivers trustworthy and accurate results. It's become much simpler to philtre out multiple answers or fake candidates. The application 's marking method is extremely accurate and correct.

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

Reports often be submitted late. Its batch view characteristic is a problem. At least four references are required to access functions , for example, colleagues and managers. This lessens the platform 's capacity.

**Recommendations to others considering Harver:**

It's truly easy to use and simple to handle your yearly performance after an experience with this particular tool. I never find some inconveniences and I would love to speak to others.

**What problems is Harver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Checkster is a developing program with a bit of performance as well as out-of-the-box features. The UI wasn't complex within an unnecessary manner, and that improves the user experience across the platform. **What do you like best about Harver?**

It is straightforward to use. I enjoy Checkster, but I would like the recruiter to have more command over the system's features. When I need add or delete a candidate's reference reply, I can't adjoin or alter the contact details and need to email a Checker. However, I recently noticed and appreciated enhanced features.

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

The recruitment system loses power. I also want the reports to be much richer and to look a little more at candidate behaviour. Our teams accustomed to implement SkillSurvey and I noticed like reports gave us more information.

With Checkster, you couldn't go wrong! You have your answer if you require a reference-check people who can do the job rapidly - Check! Our organisation's programmes and support were significant.

We have gone from carrying out reference checks by telephone via Checkster to an expedited procedure. It allows our hiring department to concentrate on the recruitment process for longer in their everyday routines.  The comparison search is carried out in most cases within 1-2 days.

**What do you like best about Harver?**

The simple way to post a check along with the unbelievably rapid answers. The reporting is comprehensible and readable also. One further feature of the reference check of ours will be the ability to effortlessly share the report. We went via calling recommendations by hand and hoped that we would call back or perhaps someone to collect the telephone of yours, make use of the control unit and receive results fast. So our total filling time has made better and let us be the health of ours! The capacity to see folks who opted in has resulted in the selecting of the company of ours.

We also used a management unit to determine inner candidates by finishing an inner guide review by managers. Again it's a difference for the game since it preserves the internal candidate as well as the manager time.

Checkster makes references very easy.  Sending them is easy, sending follow-ups is easy, it makes the whole process very streamlined and simple.  Also, if anything suspicious is happening Checkster let's you know right away.

The only thing that I have found frustrating is if you need to re-call a report you need to get multiple responses to generate a new report but I believe this is done to maintain anonymity for the reviewers filling out the reference report.

**What do you like best about Harver?**

All the reference checking has now become a matter of moments. Manually doing the whole process is mostly guesswork and a time-consuming procedure. Checkster is very easy to use application and comes with a lot of useful features. Even poor internet connection does not stand a barrier, which indeed is great for remote users. It provides with accurate results, which is credible indeed. Filtering out fake candidates or multiple replies has become a lot easier. The marking system that the application uses is very precise and accurate.

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

Most often reports are late to be delivered. The batch view feature is also a reason for concern. To get access to features like managers and peers, at least 4 references are needed. This limits the ability of the platform.

After having a experience with this tool, It's really user friendly and easy to manage your annual performance. I never find any cons into it and really would love to refer to others.

Checkster is a promising application with some out-of-the-box features and great functionality. The user interface has not been made unnecessarily complicated, which enhances the user experience over the platform. This is not the case only for the admin, but also for the endpoint users as well. Accuracy has to be the best thing about the Checkster application. The marking system is easy to understand and interpret. Anonymous reports make the procedure completely unbiased. It makes the site loading process easier and effective for endpoint users.

The ease for the reviewers has significantly increased our ability to obtain the references.  We also are so pleased that the review questions can be created to be specific toward the information one is needing to obtain. Also, love the fact that Checkster's system can detect if an applicant may have had fraudulent activity within the process of obtaining the reference.

Cannot identify anything which we we are displeased.

We use Checkster's General reference check.  We found setting up the system to be quite easy.  Once in place, the program nearly runs itself!  We have been able to reclaim our time for other needs and have the confidence that our company is represented professionally by the technology of Checkster.

Checkster has freed up a tremendous amount of time our staff would need to spend tracking down references.  It has enabled referents to know their responses are truly anonymous which we believe has helped referents be as truthful as they wish, thereby providing helpful information within the reference they provide.

**What do you like best about Harver?**

Along with the amazing customer service by your client success team, we love that the assessments are so easy. They are easy for is to send to candidates, easy for the candidate to complete on any device, and easy for us to quickly get insight into our candidate. On top of that, the report provides an interview guide that can help you interview with specific questions to hone in on the candidate's potential weakness. It is overall a great tool for us to use from hourly associates to Executive Vice President level.

There is nothing that we don't like - honest! OutMatch continually asks for feedback and improves their product and works with us to make requests. They even worked with our ATS to fully integrate making the entire process so much easier for our managers.

We use OutMatch for prehire assessments. They help us identify and hire the best talent as well as develop our team based on their specific weaknesses.

**What do you like best about Harver?**

Chekster makes the process of hiring a cakewalk. The marking system used by the software is very clear and accurate. The user interface is pretty simple which makes it all the way easier for the users to access all the features and use it to its full potential. While filling up the forms it highlights any missed information that is required. From the perspective of the browser, it can be easy to load the site even over a slow internet connection, which is a very good sign. The questions aren’t at random but well researched, which impacts the filtration process even more.

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

Even though the product is excelling in the field and kind of meeting the expectations of the company, however, the developers should do something about its inability to publish timely results. Some background checking features can also be added, however, it is less of a dislike and more of a suggestion that they might want to consider.

This is a wonderful system. I love the ease of use and all the tools.

Sometimes while dealing with lots of candidates at the same time, it can become hectic to keep track of everything or be same level generic to every participant. The Chekster software makes the whole procedure of filling up forms to evaluate the answers and finally hiring a candidate, very easy. The support system of every company is manpower. Therefore, it is needless to say that will eventually have an impact upon the company, as a whole. A company can surely face backlashes because on one employee of a specific team is just not capable enough or responsible enough, therefore it is important to be very careful while hiring a candidate and Chekster just makes the process easier, also reliable.

We love the ability to see the true sense of what previous and current references feel about the candidates we are inviting to be a part of our interview process. Our hiring managers all say Checkster gives them way more information than traditional reference phone calls we once made.

There really isn't anything we don't like about the system. Easy to use and get data from!

1.  From end user perspective the system is easy to use. with clear markings 
2. If one misses to put certain set of information it is properly highlighted and system takes the user to first of the error messages. This feature makes filling the forms very easy. 
3. Site and checkster user pages loads comparatively fast even on slow connecting speed making it easy for users to key in the required details. 
4. Easy to Get Progress report logs 
5. Easy to Use API allows us to integrate checkster within our application.

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

1. Forms can become very long so a lot of scrolling is required. This is not really friendly in mobile and  Tablet devices. Especially in scenarios of multiple questions, with long text boxes, it is easy to miss questions or parts of the questionnaire
2, Many part of the Admin interface look really dated or old. Interface in certain parts of the application  do not use modern user friendly components. Hence navigating between them can be confusing,
3. It is not easy to preview the entire response set before submitting. A lot of manual scrolling is required.
3. Admin UI is not really friendly for Mobile usage
4. User creation and template options are a bit confusing and intuitive

1. Though initial setup may be a bit confusing it is great product to integrate and good product from ultimate raters / referers point of view.
2. If you are looking for a stable product with a good set of API's look for this solutions.
3. With each survey report containing its own set of graphs and figures makes it easy to use.

The Potential Fraud  notification gets triggered just because both referees used the same computers - in the hospital or pharmacy setting for example, it is not uncommon for staff to be using the same computers - and it's highly possible to have both referees using the same computers to complete reference checks

This tool is the most useful tool I've used to date when starting the interview and onboarding process. It cuts my manual process down to a few clicks. The way that the references are customizable works for just about every hirable position in our company. Checkster has saved us time and money. They are able to do a job we'd have to hire another person to do. The time and money we are saving by using Checkster is allowing us the freedom to do more strategically. It has helped keep our company competitive by allowing us to get talent into the door at a faster rate.

It drastically reduces the manual time I have to utilize to ensure accurate verifications for candidates. I am able to quantify areas of strength and improvement and create a more proactive plan for candidates.

Cheskster consolidates the ratings of the reviews from the references, hence saving time and effort on part of the recruiting team. Reduces fraud. also provides database of references that could be optimized as a talent pipeline.
Survey's can be customized based of the role requirements.Offers quality of hire checks and you can review reports and analytics.

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

Does not offer background checks to complete the entire hiring process.If that was also offered alongside this could be one stop step.
Inability to pull out timely quality of hire reports directly.

Its is certainly a good reference check tool out there.Good automated reference check process to review and compare, for ease of completing reference checks and moving things along quick, especially for high volume hiring.

Automated reference checks. Really saves the time for reaching out to the references and consolidating the feedback and analytics.
Integrity alerts if anyone try to misuse the system.
Very useful when doing high volume hires and unable to call each reference individually.

**What do you like best about Harver?**

Very user friendly for me and the reference giver. It's nice that it is more of a survey. I also like knowing it was done by the correct person, no suspicious activity shown. It appears more professional as well. I like that I get an email letting me know the moment a reference has been completed as well. It saves me time on checking back in. I also like to be able to send the reminder notification in case they forgot.

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

Nothing really. Once you learn what everything does, its very easy to use. Maybe be able to see the review in a quicker snapshot view. I do wish I could make more favorites more easily available. And sometimes the score doesn't add up properly. They will rate them at all a 4... but then the total % says 0%, rather than 100%. I cant really think of any other improvements or dislikes that I have. Maybe if the top of the form gave more information in that snapshot view.

It saves alot of time and is easy for the user and the receiver to complete and process the information. It is clean and professional looking. All around a great tool for referencing.

**What problems is Harver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am saving so much time not chasing down references by phone. It's nice to send to their cell phone too! I also like that I can quickly thank them for their reference and time. Rather than creating 5 different reference forms for 5 different locations... its nice to just send all 5 very quickly.

**What do you like best about Harver?**

My team loves the platform and the ease of getting a reference (it takes 1-2 minutes per candidate on our end) while the hiring managers love the comprehensive 360-style report that it generates.  It gives much more valuable feedback on a candidate than we were previously able to obtain from the old method of calling for references.

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

We are in the process of integrating into a new HRIS system and the cost for integration (on the HRIS vendors side) was too high for us to be able to utilize that function which would add another layer value to the process.  

As a non-profit the cost of Checkster is too high for all to use it for all categories of hires and volunteers but when we use the process for our full time hires, it is fantastic.

We get references back much more quickly because we are not attempting to reach people multiple times before getting a response.  Candidates seem to like it because they can add the references right from the contacts on their phones with a few clicks.

Cheskster is actually integrating liaison ratings, saving effort and time for the recruitment team. Additionally, it has links to databases which may be enhanced as talent pools. You are able to tailor the research of yours to your character criteria. It offers quality control of the employment process as well as the potential to look at analyses and reports.

The background check isn't supposed to finish the whole hiring process. It is able to also be a step in case it's provided at the very same time. Failure to get quality reports on recruitment on time and immediately.

This's definitely a fantastic tool for checking out the original information. Good automated methods for checking and comparing references allow it to be easier to check references and enable you to do your job more quickly, especially when selecting large amounts of workers.

Savings in time that is real by automating reference validation, link searches and info integration analysis. A method which alerts you to attempts at misuse. This's extremely helpful when hiring a substantial number of staff members and you can't just contact each of them separately.

My business has been using Checkster for several years and I love the system and how easy it is to use but the most outstanding feature is their people! EVERYONE there is friendly, helpful and quick to respond! They have gone out of their way to answer questions for me and to assist my recruiters when they need extra training. They are also very receptive to feedback about changes to the system.

I honestly can't think of any downsides. The system makes my job easier and is SO much better than individually calling each reference.

Before Checkster we had to call each reference and there was no way to combine multiple references for each candidate. Now we can run the reports either individually or combine them. The reports look more professional and we've found that people are more likely to write longer answers when they can fill it out when they want.

**What do you like best about Harver?**

Ease of use; the front page is laid out so there is nothing that can be missed.  It is clean and there is not a lot of random stuff going on.  It is easy to see which reports are pending and how many people may have already responded to the check.  It is also extremely easy to see those that have been completed.  You are able to pull reports once the reference check is complete and they are extyremely easy to read as well.  There are ways to save certain profiles of questions that are sent out for reference checks.  You are able to build a profile based on the needs of the role and client.

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

If I had to choose anything, it would be Checkster closing a reference check without all of the participants responding.  Checkster only requires two references to create a report, but many of our clients require that there be three references.  Then we have to go back into checkster and re open the check with some wasted time in between.

Definitely make sure it is meeting the requirements for your company, but other than that, just realize it will make your life a lot easier!  Customer service is very friendly, which was something important to us.  Having someone there that genuinelycares and wants to help you is helpful in stressful situations

Time saving, low staff, able to reach people in off hours that normal calling would not provide.  Being able to contact more than one individual for more than one candidate saves so much time.  It also helps us get candidates hired and into roles they desire in a reasonable amount of time.  In the staffing agency realm, things are always moving quickly, and we often do not have the time or resources to reach out to every reference individually without taking up too much time.  Checkster has made our process flawless.  We can also see when a reference check was sent out and send reminders if someone has not yet responded.

The reports are crisp and clean and very thorough.

Three people must reply in order for us to even view the references that have come in. I'd like to be able to see the report even if it is not ready to be completed.

We use Outmatch Assessment and Pre-Recorded Interview through and integration into Taleo Business Edition.  Assessment provides us with some great insights into how an individual will fit in the position, as well as, helps our hiring managers ask great follow up questions in the interview stages. Pre-Recorded Interview is awesome because it takes the work out of phone interviews and allows us to reach many more candidates without the effort.

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

With the integration the assessment can be sent to the candidate using req-based status change with auto-email but the pre-recorded interview has to be done within the assessment. Would be nice to have another req-based status that triggers the next step and notifies when completed.

Implementation is fairly straight forward and the team at Outmatch is amazing and will help you the rest of the way. Won't be disappointed!!!

I like that the reference checks are in the employees' hands. The amount of effort that they put into the reference check gives you a good idea of the type of employee they will be. If they blow it off and do the bare minimum, if gives us reason to wonder if they'd be a good employee.

The one downside is that the candidates could only list people who they know will give them a good review. There's not many ways around that, but it is the only negative to the checks.

The ease of sending the reference check, and the incredibly fast replies! The reporting is also easy to read and understand. One of the other aspects of the reference check that we love is the ability to share the report with others easily. 

We went from manually calling references and hoping and praying for a call back or someone to pick up the phone, from using checkster and getting results quickly. This as improved our overall time to fill and lets be real--our sanity!

The ability to see individuals who have "opted in" has resulted in hires for our company as well. 

We have also been using checkster to identify internal candidates by having managers complete an internal reference check. Again this is a game changer as it saves time for the internal candidate and the hiring manager.

Sometimes the fraud alerts can be confusing but i'm usually able to figure it out

**What do you like best about Harver?**

It's fairly easy to use. I like Checkster, but wish that we as Recruiters had more control over the functionality within the system. I can't add or change references' contact information and have to email Checkster if I need to add or remove a candidates' references' response. I have, however, seen improved functionality recently and appreciate that.

**What do you dislike about Harver?**

Lack of Recruiter control within the system. I do also wish that the reports were a bit richer and delved into candidate behavior a bit more. We used to use Skill Survey and I felt like there reports provided us with more detailed information.

**Recommendations to others considering Harver:**

It's fine.

**What problems is Harver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None. It's a good way to gather references.
