The Harri system has really helped drive positive change in both our recruitment and onboarding processes. A more streamlined process has helped free up admin time in posting job adverts, liasing with candidates, generating offers and contracts and running the right to work process. The candidate experience has also been enhanced, allowing us to engage with candidates much easier, as well as everything being contained in one place with digital forms. Ideas that have been put forward, and corroborated by other users months/years ago still havent been actioned or addressed. Everything is now in one area, and so much can be done with the click of a button that previously used to be a laborious manual process dominated by emails and paper based forms. Harri's is intuitive and very user-friendly. - The ability to customize job descriptions/media/offer letters etc., helped us to keep HR files always up-to-date and accelerated our hiring timeline. - Support Team's responses are most of the time prompt and detailed. - As a user who values data-driven decisions, I am confident in saying that Harri's reports are very efficient; through them, we can pivot strategies or make informed decisions instantly.
