I like having integrations, approvals, secrets, and deployment controls in one place, and the AI features are useful for generating pipelines and troubleshooting failures without having to dig through logs manually. I appreciate having CI/CD, deployment controls, and release visibility in one platform instead of stitching together several separate tools. The pipeline setup is flexible, and the AI-assisted troubleshooting is a nice addition because it can help identify likely causes of failures faster, especially when dealing with lengthy logs. While they may require my assistance during initial setup, many DevOps and development teams quickly recognize the benefits of automation. One of the most important things that has helped customers learn how to improve their operations is personalized training. Automated testing and deployment to various environments were part of the pipeline we established in Harness. Because of this, we were able to deploy the feature smoothly and get favorable feedback from users.
