The system is easy to implement into Office365 and Google Workspace using the provided wizards for each SaaS app. Just provide admin approval and off it goes making the necessary changes. It offers a wealth of customizable protection options that allow for fine grained protection for various users and groups depending on your needs. What do you dislike about Check Point Email Security? No way to centralize or copy configurations between clients. Once you find a nice baseline you need to manually update it on each client. What problems is Check Point Email Security solving and how is that benefiting you? Harmony Email and Collaboration is solving modern day email, chat, and file based attacks for our organization. It uses modern day approaches to detect and prevent modern day attacks that use non-traditional methods of getting to a user. Harmony is able to integrate with not just email, but chats, and file sharing to monitor, detect, and protect many possible vectors. This has helped our organization protect against increasingly common attacks that target critical business systems in the hopes of stealing authentication tokens and credentials to gain access to environments. The Avanan dashboard is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple for email administrators to create or modify policies as needed. It includes all the essential modules, such as phishing detection, business email compromise detection, spam detection, real-time external URL detection, sandboxing, and more to mitigate modern day threads. It offers basic reporting functionality, more detailed , customizable reports and advanced analytics would be great to get deep insights into email security. Harmony email and collaboration is solving several critical problems for our email security. It effectively blocks phishing attacks, malicious attachments, impersonation attemps using adcanced AI and ML models. This has significantly reduced the number of security breaches in our rmail communications.Addiitonaly we are greatly benefiting with its integration with ThreatCloud as it enhanced real time threat intellligence ensuring we are always protected against the latest threats.It provided peace of minds knowing our email communication is secure and upto date with latest threat intelligence.
