I love that the calendars can be embedded on our web pages, allowing patrons to sign up for times without being taken outside of the space they are using to connect with us. It would be nice to set up a templatized workflow to set up meeting types or modify how each meeting type books a meeting in a way that involves fewer clicks. Harmonizely is the only scheduling tool we could find that supported CalDAV, which my IT Admin needs for his calendars. I have seen ZERO issues with Outlook or GMail integration as well. Head of Growth Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) 7/17/2020 "A great alternative tool for popular calendars" 4.5/5 What do you like best about Harmonizely? - you can integrate this tool with the most popular calendars (for instance Google or Office), but also with these lesser-known and - what I like the most - with apps like Slack or Gmail; - it automatically detects timezones while scheduling meetings; - you can set a buffer time before the meeting (this is great because you can schedule some time for a meal or preparation for the meeting); - great, intuitive UI! - really affordable pricing.
