harmon.ie brings SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive into Outlook, turning the inbox from a data silo into a governed, searchable part of Microsoft 365. Save emails and attachments to SharePoint or Teams by drag-and-drop, or file an outgoing message as you send it with Save & Send. Email headers map automatically to SharePoint metadata columns, so unstructured email becomes a searchable, filterable grid. Search across all Microsoft 365 content from a single bar in Outlook, filtered by location, app, or file type. Share files from SharePoint as links or attachments without downloading. Built for compliance: emails saved to SharePoint inherit the retention labels, sensitivity labels, and Microsoft Purview policies configured for that location. No data leaves your Microsoft 365 tenant. ISO 27001 certified. Available as an Outlook add-in for Windows, Mac, and Web, plus a standalone Windows desktop app. Deploys centrally. Supports SharePoint Online, and SharePoint on-premises through harmon.ie Classic. Trusted by 1,600+ enterprise organizations worldwide, with individual deployments reaching hundreds of thousands of users.
