Our licensors are of the casual UGC variety and are not always dialed into their email addresses; Harbour has created a way for us to meet our licensors where they are, which has sped up our operation. We have also been able to integrate the Harbour functionality into our database, so all documents can be created and sent directly from our internal database, again cutting down the amount of clicking around my team has to do, further speeding up our operation. **What do you dislike about Harbour?** As an Admin, the dashboard is a bit slow due to the volume of contracts my team secures, from what I gather, this is being worked on. **What problems is Harbour solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our licensors are generally not of the professional variety and often are not dialed into their email addresses.
