As a marketing agency, we use software internally and for our customers, so the number of tools can really add up. With features like Google Calendar integration and user activity tracking, Hapstack gives us much better insights into our IT stack beyond what we could accomplish with a spreadsheet prior. Additionally, it enables me to discover the unofficial tools that my team is using, which can help us find unknown costs, show us where we can better standardize, and/or discover new tools we should be considering for company-wide deployment. **What do you dislike about Hapstack?** Hapstack could be more robust in its handling of licenses. Some of the more complex licensing scenarios such as base price + per user, per client/website and/or software with sub-products with different licensing (such as Hubspot or Yext) would be really helpful. **What problems is Hapstack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of software used within the agency, understanding whether employees are using the software, managing subscription renewals, and seeing software costs broken down by department. ### 2. The alerts for contract renewals and notification deadlines help save me from unwanted automatic renewals. **What do you dislike about Hapstack?** I haven't found any issues that Hapstack can't help me address.
