Maybe it shouldn't create a new person for that and just put in 'unidentified' or label group responses as 'group response' when multiple people are speaking over each other. I also appreciate how well it picks up vocals even with some background noise. Additionally, the interaction between mobile and laptop is seamless, which I find very useful. **What do you dislike about HappyScribe?** I find it pretty good at the moment. I mean, it typically is able to differentiate between three different speakers on a call.
