HappyRobot is an AI agent platform for enterprise operations. Companies use it to build and deploy AI workers: configurable agents that carry out operational processes end to end rather than handing them back to a person. An AI worker can place and take phone calls, send and read email, message over SMS and WhatsApp, run website chat, process documents and extract structured data, retrieve and update records through APIs, act inside legacy systems through a browser, apply deterministic business rules where an outcome cannot be left to a model, and escalate to a human when it should. Context carries across every channel within a single workflow. Beneath the workers sits an in-house orchestration layer covering voice infrastructure, speech recognition and synthesis, workflow execution, integrations and failover. Governance tooling evaluates behaviour continuously against pass/fail criteria on live interactions, with regression testing and production monitoring, so teams can audit what agents are doing at scale.
