Happy Tree Cards is an online group greeting-card platform built for modern workplaces. HR teams, People Ops professionals, executive assistants, and office managers can create personalised digital cards for birthdays, farewells, work anniversaries, new starters, thank-yous, and employee-recognition moments. Invite colleagues with a single link and let everyone add messages, photos, GIFs, and video. Cards support unlimited signatures, scheduled sending, reminders, delivery tracking, and downloadable PDF keepsakes—making it easy to include remote and hybrid teammates. Organisation accounts add shared planning, centralised billing, custom branding, and workplace-ready privacy and moderation controls.
