It is simple to use. The UI is straightforward. I really like the filtering to be able to only show potential clients that would actually use our product. The tagging is great and allows you to get much more focused and highly filtered in what you are seeing. The best part about tagging is once you set it up in auto-tags companies and events based on your settings. I don't notice any load time hit on our website. The main dislike is not being able to see the potential customers' journey very well. You have to click through a set of cards to see the activity of each visit session. Also, with there were options on the export as there is so much data it is overwhelming but you lose some important info like when the lead visited and what pages they went to. Happierleads gives you the information you need fast. For me, it's the missing piece of the puzzle. A powerful tool that I now use daily, I was a little skeptical at first, but after a week, I quickly found myself hooked.
