I never realized I could get such data from my website visitors. Using Happier Leads was a revelation. Based on the visitor statistics, Happier Leads gives me the Organisation Name and other details, LinkedIn URL. It also includes the URLs visited, the number of times visited and the time spent. Though it gives me a lot of information, sometimes, If an individual visits my website from a large organization, it provides the information about the organization and not the granular level. I switched from another 'lead' software that slowed down my website. The code doesn't slow down the loading of the website, and after purchase they vastly improved the interface to show the customer's journey. What do you dislike about Happierleads? There's not much to say about cons to the software. When I first purchased, they didn't show the customer's journey - but within a matter of months, they implemented it and now it's better than previous software I've used. Compared to other software, I've realized HappierLeads has actually uncovered many more leads - and also hasn't slowed down my website. If you're trying to uncover companies who visit your website, but don't fill out a form, I recommend HappierLeads. You can then send a postcard, or remarket to them in other ways to encourage them to come back and check out your product/service. This is the perfect software for B2B businesses. Filters are good and easy to use right from the beginning. A very useful tool for any sales department - you can create a funnel to easily lead to more sales. It is interesting that you can also track competitors which can also open to other opportunities.
