Happierleads gives you specific information about your site's visitors, including their contact details, the company they worked for, how many times they visited your site, which pages they visited and how much time they spent on your site. You can then use this information as a sales lead to reach out and close that deal using the insider knowledge that you have. Let me give you an example. Let's say you are a SAS company and you're looking to add some high-end clients. You can use Happirleads to see which companies are visiting your website in real-time. Happierleads helps me track my website by assisting me in identifying users who browse it. Not only does it provide a count of the individuals visiting my site, but it also maps them back to their companies. I can quickly identify my competitors who are checking out my website and also the specific articles of their interest. It also helps me market my services to ppl who are interested in my particular content. Happier leads doesn't identify an individual who is accessing the information; it just identifies the company, and if it's a large organization, reaching out to the right person is a little tricky. The UI is straightforward. I really like the filtering to be able to only show potential clients that would actually use our product. The tagging is great and allows you to get much more focused and highly filtered in what you are seeing. The best part about tagging is once you set it up in auto-tags companies and events based on your settings. I don't notice any load time hit on our website. I previously used Leadworx which constantly blocked our website and this works much better and doesn't slow the load time of my site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Happierleads? The main dislike is not being able to see the potential customers' journey very well. You have to click through a set of cards to see the activity of each visit session. Also, with there were options on the export as there is so much data it is overwhelming but you lose some important info like when the lead visited and what pages they went to. Before there wasn't any good way to show what companies were visiting your website and for a B2B company this has been super great. Not only does it show you who is actually interested in your product but it is also great to further measure marketing efforts and campaigns. Say you are targeting a specific company or group of companies you can then go and see which companies actually followed through and visited your site. HappierLeads helps us to convert the existing website visitors into leads/customers without any effort at all. It is very simple to use, install the snippet on the website and sleep. It tracks the visitors and gather their information for you. You just need to contact them by seeing their data. The user navigation flow on our website helps us to personalise the emails to the visitors. Means you're right on their slot, rather than shooting in the dark. So there is high chance of conversion than rejection. The company information of the user visited, and the detailed navigation flow of the user visited pages from source to the exit. I love the filters the most and tags for leads; they help manage the leads well within HappierLeads. Filters help to sort out the target leads, and can use tags to segregate them for re-targeting. The quality - the amount of decent data we get is critical. We are sending out cold direct mail and we need to know who has made the effort to go online. I tried them all and these guys were recommended. It's never perfect and it's never going to be - that's the nature of the beast but by some margin, these guys provide the most accurate data. For me, it's the missing piece of the puzzle. A powerful tool that I now use daily, I was a little skeptical at first, but after a week, I quickly found myself hooked. I like the way that you can downoad all the information in a CSV file, there's a lot more information in this file than appears in the UI window. The prospector works very well and has saved me a load of time searching for company contacts. Happierleads certainly lives up to it's name and the support were very helpful in getting me setup. HappierLeads beats the competition with accuracy and completeness. I like that. Their support team is quite responsive and address our concerns like friends. Setting up the platform was also easy. There should be integrations with outreach tools. It would be great to identify leads with HappierLeads and then automate outreach campaign through a dedicated. For almost every 3 user who signup in the form there are 100 users who don't. We use HappierLeads to identify who these users are and try to reach out to them.
