The customer service and learning opportunities (webinars, FAQs, talking with outreach rep etc) have been helpful and easy to access. It is simple to use, can be as fun or serious as you want to make it (what fits best with your compnay 's culture) and has greatly increased our employee engagement. It is fun working with happeo as the look and feel are really nice. The tool has a logical structure of pages (this is best to document knowledge) and channels (the communication part). So happeo is a good mixture of both, documenting knowledge in pages and improve communciation within different groups via the channels. Nonetheless, it is not a unique knowledge sharing tool as the pages are quite static. But the channels are really good and useful to communication within a team or the whole company. We would like to have more options in pages: to see a date on the different elements on one page. e.g. on what date a text element has been written or changed.
