Happeo is extremely easy to use. I came onto the team when Happeo was already implemented, and I was able to pick up the skills to post and create/share content within days. Every time I've had to teach a new employee, it has been easy, and they've been able to pick it up quickly as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My company has been using Doctolib for over 2 years now, and the name of our platform has become a common name for every employee, who go on it every week at least. We know that every thing is on it.
We have been well supported for the implementation, and keep being greatly supported by the CSM team.
The different features (the search bar, the filters, the different type of widgets, the groups management, etc.) allow for every persona to find something they will like.

The customer service and learning opportunities (webinars, FAQs, talking with outreach rep etc) have been helpful and easy to access. It is simple to use, can be as fun or serious as you want to make it (what fits best with your compnay 's culture) and has greatly increased our employee engagement.

Before using Happeo, our company consisted of loosely defined teams that did not fully embrace all of the responsibilities that others viewed their team as being responsible for. Happeo helped our organization better define these teams and their members, giving them the platform and agency to become the source of truth for their realm. It created a culture of owensrhip around the company. It also created a greater desire and ease for collaboration. It was the perfect tool for us to transition from one phase to the next. We appreciated how well Happeo integrates with Google Workspace. As a Google Workspace company, however, we cannot help but to compare any software we use to Google's products. We found that Happeo's features were not as smooth or error-free as Googel's products. It is fun working with happeo as the look and feel are really nice. The tool has a logical structure of pages (this is best to document knowledge) and channels (the communication part). So happeo is a good mixture of both, documenting knowledge in pages and improve communciation within different groups via the channels. Nonetheless, it is not a unique knowledge sharing tool as the pages are quite static. But the channels are really good and useful to communication within a team or the whole company. We would like to have more options in pages: to see a date on the different elements on one page. e.g. on what date a text element has been written or changed. Excellent way of collecting and centralizing information via the pages feature. We were able to build a strong knowledgebase with search functionality, a great way of getting all the knowledge to the page that floats around in peoples heads, stronlgy supported by the review-before-post function. Also, because of the channels, we have significantly improved comunication and understanding of other departments day-to-day operations across the company because we were able to make all information available to all users. Obviously, sensitive information can still be compartmentalized.
Since everything is based upon G-Suite, the functionality, especially the search function, is a powerful tool. No matter how much stuff you "dump" into Google Drive, Happeo finds it all, and important files can be linked into pages for immediate download, or changes on the fly, no matter how deep they are buried. Even full text search is available.
The communication via channels is also a fun and effective way of distributing information with a "social media feel", supported by the mobile app. A great way to not be overwhelmed is the option to set the notifications to different levels, so that you may only be notified of posts that have high importance, while being able to catch up on posts of lesser importance at leisure.
Integration of chat systems like Google or Slack into channels make for a powerful comms tool across several platforms.
The customer community channel is a very helpful way to get insight into other companies ideas and issues, and has helped us several times with problems we could not solve on our own. It is also monitored by the support team, and the response time is very fast, no matter how urgent or benign the question might be. There have been some fun discussions, that have also lead to the development of new features already.

Happeo was easy to dive into, it was easy to build pages and channels. We had to get it up and running in a short amount of time and we were able to do so. The templates are great but having the option to do more of a customized layout for more advanced designers would be great. We had issues wanting to do widgets sometimes. Also having the ease of integrating popular social media widgets such as instagram, facebook or tiktok would be great. We had to use third party ones that were not the best.
