The Free plan includes Happenstance Chat with usage limits, unlimited connected accounts, and unlimited friends and groups. Pro adds higher Chat limits and CSV export. Team provides centralized billing and seat management. API and MCP usage use separate credits. How is network data protected? Happenstance does not collect email or direct-message content or attachments, and network data is never used to train AI models. Users control network sharing with accepted friends and joined groups. Public profiles display a constellation of named connections by default; users can turn this off. Happenstance is SOC 2 compliant, with its report available through its Trust Center.
