"Effortless Webinars, Smooth Collaboration"
4/5
What do you like best about Hapony?

I use Hapony mainly for webinars and team meetings. It’s simple to set up, easy to use, and has helpful interactive features like chat and polls that keep sessions engaging. I like that everything—from hosting events to managing registrations—can be done in one place. The interface is clean and easy to understand, so it doesn’t take long to get comfortable with it. Features like task tracking, updates, and collaboration feel very intuitive, and they help keep everyone on the same page without constant follow-ups. The task tracking keeps everything organized, so it’s easy to see what needs attention and what’s done. The update feature reduces constant follow-ups because progress is visible to everyone. The collaboration tools make it simple to communicate and work together in one place. The initial setup was pretty straightforward. The interface is intuitive, so most of the team picked it up quickly without much training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hapony?

It can feel a bit slow or cluttered when there are many tasks, and the notifications can be overwhelming at times. More customization options for views and alerts would make it easier to use for different workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Virtual Platform with a Learning Curve"
5/5
What do you like best about Hapony?

I appreciate Hapony's comprehensive all-in-one functionality that combines multiple tools like content sharing, co-presenting, polls, whiteboarding, breakout rooms, and analytics into one platform. These features streamline online meetings and webinars effectively. I also find the specific features such as co-presenting, interactive polls, and breakout rooms very effective for transforming passive presentations into engaging, collaborative experiences. Additionally, the initial setup is easy, with a user-friendly interface that supports fast onboarding and simple integrations with tools like Calendly via Zapier. I like that participants can join meetings or events without needing an account, which simplifies the guest experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While Hapony is recognized for its ease of use and effective interactive presentation tools, there are several areas where the platform could be improved: Complex Interface & Learning Curve: Some users find the platform's interface complex or challenging to navigate, resulting in a steeper learning curve, particularly for users unfamiliar with similar tools. "Revolutionizes Retail Events with Easy, Agile Setup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Hapony?

I love that Hapony is a US market-optimized live event/webinar tool built for agility, compliance, and seamless stack integration. It's great that there are no bloated enterprise features or steep learning curves, just intentional functionality that solves the specific live engagement pain points of my multi-state retail setups. The tight sync with the marketing and CRM tools I already use is a big plus. Hapony balances simplicity and power without compromising on speed or data alignment, which makes it perfect for the fast pace of US retail. It scales effortlessly from small regional workshops to private B2B wholesale onboarding events. Additionally, I find the one-click regional reminders, via email and SMS, for in-person and online events incredibly useful. The initial setup of Hapony was also very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hapony?

No tiered event access—Platinum US distributors should get early access to new product onboarding webinars, but Hapony has no way to restrict event sign-ups by audience segment; I have to create separate private events for each tier (time-consuming). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Hapony with tools like Zoom, CRM systems, and email platforms, which helps manage registrations, sync data, and streamline webinar follow-ups easily. "Effortless GDPR Compliance, Global Event Ready"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Hapony?

I really find Hapony's GDPR/APAC-First Compliance invaluable. It's a game-changer for us because it takes away the stress of compliance guesswork and manual compliance tasks, ensuring we are always compliant without legal risk. Hapony has pre-vetted, region-tailored compliance templates for our event forms, making it quicker for us to launch events without worrying about endless legal reviews. The Global Event Localization & Time Zone Optimization is another feature I like, as it stops us from having to do 'one-size-fits-all' events, which improves attendance and engagement. Also, Hapony’s initial setup is remarkably intuitive and fast, so it's easy to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hapony?

I don't like that there's no regional breakdown of core metrics. We can see total EU attendance but not attendance rate by EU country, like 70% for Germany or 45% for France, or APAC attendance by market, like 80% for Singapore or 50% for Australia. This is really important for optimizing our event budget for high-performing regions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Event Management with Top-Notch Support and Seamless Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Hapony?

Hapony stands out for its ease of use and smooth implementation, allowing teams to get started quickly without technical barriers. The platform’s responsive customer support adds confidence, especially when using it frequently—often 7–8 times a day. With a wide range of features and seamless integrations into CRMs and marketing tools, it empowers businesses to maximize event ROI. Overall, Hapony combines simplicity, reliability, and powerful functionality in one unified solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hapony?

Hapony is effective, but there are a few drawbacks that users have noted. The profile customization options can seem somewhat limited unless you opt for an upgrade, and as a platform that only launched in 2024, it doesn't yet have the maturity of more established competitors. Some advanced features, such as in-depth analytics or sophisticated event management, are not as fully developed as those offered by others in the market. While integrations are available, they may require additional effort to set up, making them less straightforward than true plug-and-play solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hapony: interaction and flexibility for your online events"
5/5
What do you like best about Hapony?

Hapony allows the creation of highly interactive online meetings and events, thanks to tools like polls, quizzes, or shared boards. The platform is easy to use and can be accessed from a computer, a phone, or even a VR headset. It also offers the possibility to customize the meeting space according to one's needs, which is convenient for training sessions or professional events. Finally, Hapony can connect with other tools, making it easier to organize and track participants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hapony?

The experience may depend on the quality of the internet and the participants' equipment. If the connection is poor, the meeting may be less enjoyable. As it is a virtual platform, there is also less human contact than during an in-person event, which can make interactions feel less natural. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Dynamic, Engaging Virtual Events"
5/5
What do you like best about Hapony?

I use Hapony to run branded, white-label virtual events, which makes my events look incredibly professional and perfectly customized for my brand. I love how Hapony transforms dull and passive webinars or meetings into interactive experiences by providing engaging tools like polls, quizzes, virtual whiteboards, and gamified learning modules, ensuring participants stay attentive and engaged. The standout for me is the engagement features such as polls, quizzes, games, challenges, whiteboards, and breakout-style spaces which turn a simple meeting into a dynamic and interactive experience. I appreciate the ability to quickly understand what my audience wants or knows and adjust the session based on live responses, making the experience personalized and effective. Additionally, the initial setup of Hapony was a breeze, with tasks like creating an account, accessing the dashboard, scheduling events, and adding participants being straightforward and requiring no technical assistance. The seamless integration with Zapier for automating tasks like sending registrations to Google Sheets and syncing quiz results further adds to Hapony’s value, making it an indispensable tool for engagement-focused virtual events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hapony?

I find the learning curve for building custom environments with Hapony quite challenging. While the platform offers deep customization features, designing virtual rooms, setting up interactive modules, and creating branded workflows take time to master. This could be improved by providing shorter tutorials, templates, or a simpler builder to help new users get started faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
