"Easy Onboarding, Interactive Polls, and Solid Security for Meetings & Webinars"
4/5
What do you like best about Hapony?

This app is easy to use for beginners for meetings and webinars, it has excellent interactive features and engagement tools like polls. If we talk about security features of the platform they are also fairly good. All over it is a perfect balance between easy setup and interactive tools providing easy onboarding and quick setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hapony?

The platform has certain disadvantages as well which are as follows.

• It provides limited customization options compared to it's rival platforms like Zoom Or Google Meet and may feel a little outdated.

• Some of it's advanced event management features are still in development.

• At times its integration may require extra setups rather than being fully plug and play. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"HR-Focused with Robust GDPR Compliance, Needs Localized UI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Hapony?

As a senior HR consultant supporting German mid-market firms, Hapony’s built-in compliance and interactive session tools stand out most to me. Breakout rooms let me split candidate groups to run hands-on case study exercises during assessment days, avoiding flat one-size-fits-all group interviews. Quick live polls work great to test applicants’ grasp of local labor and GDPR rules mid-conversation. Every session auto-saves encrypted recordings, and native attendee tracking logs all candidate participation legally without purchasing separate data storage tools. Custom branded webinar hubs also help us deliver consistent, professional talent strategy sessions to our DACH region business clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hapony?

There’s no full German translation for the dashboard and setting menus, which creates constant friction for our junior HR coordinators who aren’t confident navigating English interfaces. It doesn’t offer native connectors for mainstream recruitment ATS platforms, so our team manually transfers attendance and session logs after every interview. Exporting stored interview recordings runs very slowly, and there’s no bulk download feature—pulling files one by one takes hours when compiling audit archives. Support tickets also see long wait times during our Q3 and Q4 recruitment rush. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid VIP Event Platform, Missing Luxury Retail Compliance Tools"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Hapony?

Its permanent guest consent logs and attendance timestamps take huge stress out of DSGVO and BaFin audits. I no longer sort piles of paper sign-in sheets to verify VIP marketing opt-ins. The shared scheduling dashboard also lets me manage concurrent trunk shows and jeweler appointments in one screen, cutting hours of back-and-forth email coordination monthly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hapony?

No pre-made export templates aligned with German luxury retail compliance rules, so I reformat all raw event logs manually every quarter. Multi-year VIP data bulk exports lag severely. There’s no native connection to our boutique CRM, so I manually copy high-net-worth client records. Onboarding was also drawn out; no preset privacy compliance templates meant hours adjusting settings, plus messy historical attendee spreadsheets slowed full team rollout. "Centralized Client Management with Room for Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Hapony?

I use Hapony to manage client onboarding and support tickets, and I love its unified client log system the most. It links every onboarding note and support ticket to user profiles, and the pre-built GDPR data classification tags help me sort customer records quickly. This cuts down audit prep work significantly for our German compliance checks. Hapony consolidates all support tickets and onboarding logs in one spot and its built-in data sorting makes our monthly GDPR audits much less tedious. Connecting our client support channels was simple, which made the initial setup straightforward despite some extra tweaks needed to align with German audit standards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hapony?

Custom workflow templates are limited, can’t tailor them fully to our software onboarding steps. Batch exporting client data is slow with large user pools, and it lacks native sync with our internal CRM, requiring manual data updates regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Compliance-Oriented Webinar Tool With Integration Limitations"
3/5
What do you like best about Hapony?

Its native regulatory compliance design stands out remarkably, fully complying with MiFID II, BaFin and GDPR standards for local investment operations. Custom white-label branding maintains unified corporate presentation across all investor engagements. Comprehensive attendance and interaction archives serve as valid audit evidence directly. This greatly lowers manual compliance sorting workload and sustains formal, secure communication with institutional clients. The deployment process is also user-friendly, ready-made industry templates simplify configuration, and professional guidance ensures seamless linkage with internal business systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hapony?

Cross-system connection with local portfolio management and internal audit platforms remains unstable. Custom report forms adapted to German financial supervision rules are rather limited. Data synchronization tends to slow down during large-scale online investor conferences. More refined access authority controls are still required to satisfy rigorous internal risk management standards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Reliable, and Effortlessly Intuitive"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Hapony?

I love using Hapony mainly because it helps me stay organized and manage my daily tasks without overcomplicating anything. It lets me plan my schedule and stick to my routine while still feeling simple and reliable. I especially appreciate how intuitive it is, since I don’t waste time trying to figure things out and it saves my mental energy. It fits into my day seamlessly without feeling overwhelming or distracting.

The initial setup was also very easy. The process was straightforward, so I could start using it right away without much guidance. It’s been a great fit for our small team of 10 to 15 people as well, because everyone was able to pick it up quickly with minimal training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hapony?

One thing that could be improved is adding more customization options, because it can feel a bit limited at times. Also, I think a few features could be explained more clearly, especially for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Event Management, Needs More Customization"
4/5
What do you like best about Hapony?

I like how Hapony brings everything needed to run virtual and hybrid events into a single platform. Its user-friendly interface makes it easy to set up events, manage attendees, and host sessions without a steep learning curve. The navigation is intuitive, so it's easy to create events, manage registrations, send invitations, and monitor attendee activity without spending too much time learning the platform. Also, the initial setup was easy and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hapony?

While it offers a solid experience overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. I would like to see more customization options for event branding and registration pages, as the current options can feel somewhat limited. The analytics are useful but could provide deeper insights into attendee engagement and behavior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure and Compliant, But Needs Better Automation"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Hapony?

As Digital Operations & Compliance Manager for NordRegio Bank GmbH, I highly value Hapony's Germany-locked local data storage architecture. It resolves the major regulatory compliance issue of keeping sensitive financial data within German borders, avoiding the risks associated with cross-border data transfers which mainstream tools like Zoom don't support. Hapony relieves us from drafting endless privacy agreements for international data transfers, which were consuming a lot of time. The built-in audit tracking system, with its immutable logs and tiered permission controls, provides a comprehensive record of all activities in every session, crucial for satisfying external financial auditors without the need for extra paperwork. Additionally, I appreciate Hapony's straightforward and lightweight interface that focuses on secure meetings. This ensures our non-technical advisors can easily engage in essential tasks such as screen-sharing without needing extensive training. By integrating seamlessly within our compliance framework, Hapony streamlines our processes, saves us several hours monthly in compliance administration, and significantly reduces our regulatory exposure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hapony?

Hapony’s batch operation capabilities remain extremely limited and create substantial repetitive workload. The platform offers no functions for bulk session creation, mass participant imports, or automatic reminder dispatch. When adding attendees, there's no spreadsheet upload feature, forcing manual entry of each staff email address. It lacks native automated reminder emails, requiring separate manual emails for each session. This tedious manual workflow slows down our compliance training planning cycle and increases human error risks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Daily Workflows with Ease"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Hapony?

I use Hapony to manage and streamline my daily work processes. It helps me stay organized and ensures everything runs smoothly. I like that it makes everything simple and isn't overwhelming like many other tools. It's easy to use but still very effective. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward, all it required was signing up and logging in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hapony?

One area I think Hapony could improve is customization and flexibility. Sometimes I feel certain features could be more adaptable to different workflows, especially when managing multiple types of clients or tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
