**What do you like best about Hansel Onboard?**

Easy implementation of journeys.
Simple Dashboard.
They provide multiple options in nudges, so we can try a lot of variations as an A/B test.
Good customer service.

**What do you dislike about Hansel Onboard?**

The product is still in the early stages and a lot of feature enhancement is required. 
Necessary features like AND / OR conditions for triggering a nudge is still not implemented.
There isn't too many options to make the nudges more creative/attractive.

**Recommendations to others considering Hansel Onboard:**

The product needs a lot of new features

**What problems is Hansel Onboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem which we are solving with Hansel is feature adoption. It's easy to onboard a new user using nudges to give a quick walkthrough.
We have also tried a few use cases with respect to engagement.
