HandyPeer is a remote desktop and remote support tool for IT technicians, small businesses and support teams who want to reach a computer quickly without routing the screen through a vendor's cloud. Each device gets a 9-digit ID. A technician types the other side's ID and the user accepts the request in a pop-up. Our server only introduces the two computers to each other. Video, audio and files then travel directly between them over an end-to-end encrypted QUIC channel. Key features: screen and keyboard/mouse control, two-way audio (remote system sound on Windows hosts plus microphone), file send/receive with a remote folder browser and drag-and-drop, quality selection (720p to 1440p) and full screen. For servers and unattended PCs, an optional access password lets technicians connect without a prompt. Pricing is flat and annual: Pro at $119/year for commercial use by a single technician, Team at $349/year for support teams with session logs, and an Enterprise option with self-hosted pairing, mass deployment and SSO. A free plan is available for evaluation. Only one side of a session needs a license. Runs on Windows 10/11 and macOS.
