To clarify, while our notes are written by robots using real pens, the handwriting styles themselves are not robotic — they’re based on the genuine handwriting of real people, including friends, family, and staff. This ensures every card looks natural and human, with the slight variations you’d expect from an actual handwritten note.

As for delivery, while mail will always take longer than email, every order is processed and sent within 1–2 business days, and any additional time depends on USPS or UPS delivery schedules.

We understand cost can add up for high-volume sending, which is why we recommend our new business plans for added savings and flexibility.
