After a visit, I can easily customize one of my note templates in the app and have a personalized, handwritten note in a friend or client's mailbox in a few days. Plus, the calendar options are fantastic for important dates and the ability to add custom designs is invaluable. I love that there are options to integrate the service with CRM systems, and may use that in the future. The AI assistance writing a note is helpful, but I'm most comfortable using that as a first draft. The billing structure has always been a little quirky. I've had problems in the past, but customer service has been incredibly helpful and things are improving with the new plan flexibility. The only other problem that I've really had is the turnaround time. If I'm sending something on a customized design, sometimes the service takes longer than I'd like to get to a mailbox--especially during holiday seasons.
