I have horrible handwritting so Handwrytten heps me come off as much more professional than if I wrote my own cards.

**What do you like best about Handwrytten?**

It's very easy to send messages that get delivered as handwritten notes and cards. I like being able to use my own stationary that I customized and then can keep reusing. Pricing is very reasonable for sending notes even as a one-off.

**What do you dislike about Handwrytten?**

Little to dislike. I don't use advanced features like bulk uploads so not sure how all that works. The UX can be a little easier.

I'm sharing a memorable message that is way more impactful than an email or text.

Ease of use and template options with the flexibility to add a gift card

Limited direct integrations and forced to use Zapier that also has limited functionality.

**Recommendations to others considering Handwrytten:**

If you want to integrate automations between Klaviyo and Kandrytten, keep in mind that it will max out your uses and notifications. Zapier is the integration tool at this time and there is no adequate filters that are helpful and prevent over using triggers.

Automated thank you cards, birthday reminders, and high-end customer notifications.

No address book syncing, as far as I know. Sometimes the UI is a bit confusing.

I love how easy it is to send a handwritten thank you note, especially coming from a busy person with bad handwriting!

I would say that they need a little bit more real looking fonts. i.e. different looks for the same letter sometimes.

No need to look elsewhere!

Handwrytten has helped me improve and maintain client relationships. My business is run online, so sending snail mail to my clients is personable and a pleasant surprise for my clients.

We had a large event that required over 50 thank you cards to be sent out. I loved the fact that these cards really do look handwritten! Even the outside of the envelope is handwritten - our donors never know the difference. It's truly a time saver! I also sent in inserts and it was such an easy process!

I don't think there is anything that I dislike. It's pretty easy to use.

We no longer have to spend a ton of time writing cards. We're a small office and this service is a huge relief for us.

Currently the only dislike is not being able to upload multiple lists for our contacts so they are always in the correct order as we have multiple businesses.

I recommend making it possible to upload names and addresses and hold them in separate lists.

We used Handwrytten to send several hundred Christmas cards to our clients. I was easily able to customize the message for each client and Handwrytten even overnighted the cards to our gift vendor to include with the client Christmas wreaths. Everything went exactly as planned and the cards arrived 2 days earlier than promised.

Nothing to note. The entire experience was positive.

Just do it.

The more cards I write, the worse my handwriting gets. With Handwrytten, I can compose the perfect message and the robot puts pen to paper with perfect, legible penmanship every time.

**What do you like best about Handwrytten?**

We used Handwrytten for a Mother's and Father's day fundraising event for donors who gave in honor of someone special. We had a tight turnaround and Handwrytten was super responsive and so speedy at answering all of our questions. Really easy to use, too, since designing it is very simple and you just have to upload a file of addresses and messages if you're sending out bulk cards.

Nothing negative in our experience. It was easier than sending cards out on our own.

Used it to send cards with unique messages to donor honorees. Saved us time since we could just upload a spreadsheet of the addresses and messages.

My customers loved their Handwrytten Christmas cards - and the Starbucks vouchers attached to them. In some cases, this has helped to strengthen my relationships with customers and boost sales. Yes, that's right, Christmas cards helped to boost my sales!!

Nothing! I couldn't be happier. One of the best investments I've made in my customers.

I like the idea of it the best. It's always nice to receive handwritten notes because they seem more heartfelt and special. This gives people a quick way to achieve that.

I forget that this service is available. They should probably improve their marketing so that users are reminded of their services. Otherwise it's just a one time use and forget about it.

Easy way to send a thoughtful note or card to someone. You don't have to worry about mailing it out which saves a lot of time and money in the sense that I write a lot of cards and never end up sending them.

I have used handywritten for two years. I am a realtor and I love how easy it is to send personalized, handwritten cards to my clients. I will continue to use them and be loyal client!!

So far, I have not found something that I dislike.

I love the fact that I can hook it up to an API and ontraport automatically magically sends the new customer a card I customized from handwrytten without me having to touch a thing.

Because Handwrytten uses a real pen rather than laser or inkjet technology, my customers get a highly personalized note on a card that includes my logo. The Zapier integration allows me to send them automatically based on events in my CMS system.

I like the easy of use and the simplicity of integration. Using their public API it's possible to integrate their system with almost any platform.

**What do you dislike about Handwrytten?**

The sales individual was not as knowledgable about their API as should be expected considering it's published publicly. The selection of cards while growing is focused on business clients and does not reflect the nature of a consumer market adaptation. The documentation for the API is quite Vague, if you're not sure what you're doing it would be easy to make mistakes.

We are looking to utilize the service to provide a benefit to our customer base. The service is dynamic enough we will be able to meet our customers expectations and still make the process quick and convenient.

The cards are of nice quality and the handwriting resembles pen writing instead of a printed font.

**What do you dislike about Handwrytten?**

Cards are expensive. The price is good for the market, but the market price is HIGH.

**What problems is Handwrytten solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Handwrytten allows me to send nice, context-appropriate cards more quickly. I can send generic cards quickly because I have them on hand. I can order cards for specific occasions, wait for them to arrive, and then send them later than I would like but they will be nice. Sending cheap-looking printed cards is not a good option. Handywrytten allows me to both have and eat my cake.

I love the ease of using Handwrytten and how nice your cards will look, all with a very personalized touch.

The cost is a bit steep and I wish you could customize cards a bit more.

Sending holiday cards, thank you cards and other thoughtful cards to both clients and family/friends. If you don't have nice handwriting, or the time to go to the store and buy a card, you can access what you need on Handwrytten and have a thoughtful, personal card sent in minutes.

It’s a simple gesture that is appreciated and I love that the fonts truly make the cards look handwritten.

I haven’t found anything I dislike tremendously, beyond the fact that I’m in Canada and cards ship from the US so postage is perhaps more expensive.

**What do you like best about Handwrytten?**

Handwrytten is easy, convenient and provides an excellent way to send reminders, say thank you or as a touchpoint, as we use it, in a new business prospect/customer journey. We've uploaded a few templates so we can make the card more personalized, and most of us have selected a font that best matches our own writing or personality, so we keep consistency.

**What do you dislike about Handwrytten?**

I'd like to see more integration with CRMs  like SharpSpring or with LinkedIn.

This is such a creative idea and the website is very user-friendly to personalize a hand-written card. They even take care of postage and mailing to the recipient. Couldn't be easier!

I love the ability to customize fonts on the cards to reflect different writing styles, as well as having the ability to either make a custom card or select one of their pre-made ones.

I have almost been 'caught' by recipients because the post office postmarks the cards from their HQ in Phoenix, so despite me living on the east coast, the postmark is from Arizona.

Been great for me and will be great for you.

I love writing cards but it became a huge hassle to buy a card, write down a note, and seal/stamp/send it. Handwrytten takes care of all of that and has the option to include gift cards as well, which is a great touch.

I have been using SendOutCards for a number of years and like many others, I have found the design of their website dated and very cumbersome with glacially-slow customer service.  Handwrytten is easy to use and I was able to send my first card with only a few minutes of familiarization.  Much better!

**What do you dislike about Handwrytten?**

This service is more expensive than some others.  I am not sure if they offer a scanned version of my own handwriting, but that is a nice service offered elsewhere.

I like to send Thank You cards to any customers that provide referrals and this is an easy and effective way to do that.  A personal greeting card really stands out compared to lame email "thanks".

Handwritten allows you to import the signatures of your team, making marketing postcards look more personable. You also have the option to upload your own card art, or choose one from the large selection they have available online.

Sometimes the character count can be difficult- but you just have to edit the message on your end in order to make it work. I’d like to see some more fonts in the future too.

Right now, with our sales team being unable to travel, handwrytten gives our audience that personal effect which has been a huge benefit to us. Also having the ability to add gift cards to each card in the order is a huge added bonus.
