There are students trying to use this to find jobs, and you are in the right place to find the labor you're looking for, if only you put yourselves out there. APPLICANTS: This is good for university-specific jobs, but there's outreach this company needs to do to employers that makes this tool not spectacular for postgrad employment. I love that handshake has collectively gotten most major universities to switch to their job board software so I, as a recruiter, can post the job once and have it reach multiple schools. I love the fact I can post jobs to multiple universities and colleges at one time, and I can request campus interviews online as well. It is also nice to see the upcoming career fairs information. An integration with applicant tracking systems would really make this sweet, as well as view logins for hiring managers.
