It also helps to expand beyond what you are just interested in to see what other opportunities are available to receive experience even if thought of as non-valuable! **What do you dislike about Handshake for Education Partners?** The thing that I dislike most about the website is the fact that it takes a learning curve and is not the most user friendly right off the bat. As someone who is looking for a job, is easy to apply certain parameters to make sure the job is in the right location, field, etc. and the results have high fidelity as long as there are not too many parameters stacked. On the hiring side, I like being able to centralize my requirements and have all the CVs I receive in the same place. **What do you dislike about Handshake for Education Partners?** I don't like that Handshake is concentrated around graduating or current college students.
