The sheer amount of compatibility with files it has. It's crazy how much you can do with it. Once you learn, and need something simple done, it's relatively easy to get a quick file converted for proper use if you don't mess it up. It's saved me countless times with damaged files, unreadable files, or converting files to a more readable format for Adobe to be able to import from discs or lost media types. It's not pleasant to look at, or easy to navigate and use. You'll find you haven't selected one of the hundred sliders or drop downs and mess up your file. So integrating it into workflow will be difficult as will implementing on computers as it can be really simple to delete by accident.
