Handbrake is one of the best open-source & Free video transcoders. Handbrake is the next level and very easy to navigate system also; their whole UI is much more batter than others I use. Also, Handbrake is a little bit faster than the others. We can easily optimize any video using this software. It's saved our lot's of data in conjunction also solve low storage space-related issues. Handbrake is free; however, it never breaks my expectation, and also, this is one of the best and reliable solutions I use without paying any money because it's free and the leader of the market. In most cases, when recorded any 4 Kor full HD video, all those things take enormous storage space resources. And when trying to upload any video that was taken lots of time and also consume a heavy amount of data, this is the main issue solve with Handbrake. It optimizes video file size as per our need like we can set the custom frame rate also and lot's more options are available on it. All those features are working more than expected way. I like the most about this software is you will get the video in a very small size without impacting its quality Small file size is the important thing when you are uploading so this software maintains the quality with giving a file size which is easily uploadable. I dislike the most is it takes too much time to transcode the video sometimes you are patience less but still at that time it takes the time, as usual, they take which is very bad. I must say I have not used this type of free software earlier which is giving you a very good output like what you want from video transcoder basically reduced size with minimal or not impacting the video quality and this software fulfils all your requirements so why waiting just use it. I am a YouTuber so I am using this software for reducing my video file size without impacting the quality so I must say it is very useful software for this purpose. Because if you want to upload a video which is having file size 1GB so it will take too much time to upload but by using this software you can reduce the file size to 150-170 MB without impacting the quality. Handbrake is very easy to use, like dead easy. There are of course some features you might have to read up on but nothing earth shattering. I think the interface is pretty comfortable as well. This tool does a fantastic job compressing videos you make with your phone or other devices. It's very easy to use because it gives you predefined settings to everyday situations; whether you're sending a video through email, Whatsapp, or uploading it to Youtube, it gets out of the way the struggle of finding out the correct or recommended settings for multiple use cases. Then I want to send some to my colleagues, sometimes to support emails, so it is necessary to shrink them in size to be able to send them through Gmail or to comply with size requirements. So with Handbrake, I can choose from presets settings to compress these files and get to know which will be the size resulting from compression so I can find a good balance between quality and size. Handbrake is a software I always reccomend for converting files to apple formats or for posting on social media. The simple presents it presents give people an easy way to convert to their desired destination format. The settings are easily customized should you want to change something. For example it would be nice it they had Facebook/Youtube presets built in to easily show people what to convert to without questions. Additional options would be nice as well. Like a watermark or timecode options (from professional media) Some sort of color correciton would be welcome as well. It wouldn't have to be complicated either, just basic gamma and chroma shifts.
