What do you like best about Handbid?

Handbid allowed us to sell event tickets, raffle items, 50/50, silent auction AND live auction items to raise $70,000 for the Central PA Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) Visionary of the Year campaign that raised over $160,000 in just 10 weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Handbid?

The dimensions for any graphics we have to upload for the items. I wish it didn't have the strict dimensions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are thrilled that entering items is easy and doesn't take much time. It's also great that your bidders enjoy looking at the items and descriptions. As of right now, we are held to certain dimensions because of our upload partner. But we can certainly look at expanding these in the future.

What do you like best about Handbid?

I like how user-friendly the platform is. While a couple of things need to be worked out, it is overall a great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Handbid?

A downside is that funds are not allocated in one deposit and when you edit an item you have to refresh the entire auction/ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Handbid?

The software is very user friendly! Someone without a lot of background knowledge in technology can use it. I also love the customer service. Always treated like the most important customer. Having the ability to have someone on site for the first event provided me comfort because change is never easy. Since I'm a one man operation, that support staff helps me tremendously. What do you dislike about Handbid?

They've fixed some of the issues with limited items this year, so not a lot of dislike. They are always looking to improve and like suggestions. If something goes wrong, it is fixed immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Handbid?

It is very user friendly and is easy to use for a larger crowd. I love how people can checkout on their perosnal devices to pay when the auction is over! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You customer support is absolutely incredible - Handling an auction can be very stressful and knowing I have quick access to kind and knowledgable customer support is essential.
