## About Hanah
Hanah is an AI scribe, patient engagement, and practice analytics platform for modern health practices. Hanah listens to the consult with the patient's consent and drafts clinical notes, letters and referrals in the clinician's own templates and writing style. The clinician reviews each draft and sends it to their practice management system, with integrations for Cliniko, Halaxy, Nookal and Zanda. Care plans go to patients through the Hanah app, where they can follow them between visits. Practice owners can see how their clinicians use the platform. Consult audio is deleted automatically, data is stored in the practice's own region (Australia, New Zealand or the UK), and Hanah publishes its transcription accuracy and hallucination rate.
