I like that Halo is consistent and they have support that is responsive. Employees who have questions/issues with products can reach out to Halo, but the representatives I work with are responsive as well. When/if there is an issue you aren't digging through an answering service. There is a friendly person who is more than willing to help. Also, in regards to the service itself it is consistent. Managing this project is new for me and I've received multiple projects at once.
