**What do you like best about HALO?**

In all my dealings with HALO they have been very professional and efficient.  Lisa Carr is our rep, she is amazing to deal with.  She is always prompt in replying and resolving any problems we have, like when we place an incorrect order.

**What do you dislike about HALO?**

I honestly do not dislike anything about Halo.

providing us with great products for our employee recognition program.

**What do you like best about HALO?**

I like that Halo is consistent and they have support that is responsive. Employees who have questions/issues with products can reach out to Halo, but the representatives I work with are responsive as well. When/if there is an issue you aren't digging through an answering service. There is a friendly person who is more than willing to help. 

Also, in regards to the service itself it is consistent. Managing this project is new for me and I've received multiple projects at once. I appreciate that the service awards we get through HALO don't need a lot of consistent maintenance and updates from me.

Gift selection is nice as well.

**What do you dislike about HALO?**

Sometimes I have to work to get exact pricing. There are pricing details available, but ofcourse there are discounts for bulk. More transparent pricing would be helpful. Maybe we could get better gifts if I knew what the actual price would be with bulk discounts.

**What problems is HALO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee recognition. We want to ensure that all team members get recognized on service anniversaries. THe leaders in our organizations are hard workers and often have a lot on their plate. I love that Halo has a service where we can just ship the items to leaders for their team members.

**What do you like best about HALO?**

Every company or organization is looking for a platform with which they can give recognition and incentives to all their employees in this way, and we can maximize productivity and create a better workforce. Halo works as a unified tool and provides us with a series of incentives that can be adapted to our budget.

**What do you dislike about HALO?**

We have not had any problems using this platform, it allows us to create personalized prizes and is ideal for giving rewards for anniversaries, birthdays and your excellent work as an employee.

We have made fully personalized cards, which gives us great incentives to provide good recognition to our employees to improve efficiency and performance, the platform is accessible, and we can create a better experience.

I appreciate their responsiveness to all of our business needs.  We have a lot of one-off requests, and they always do their best to ensure our needs are met.

Our rehires do not pull into Halo however we are working together to get this corrected

If you place the order at the right time of the month, it gets here faster because I know it does take about a month, but they tell you that upfront.  No improvements I think

Whenever I need assistance or confirmation that an order was  received, I always receive a quick and helpful response.

The expiration of the gift can sometimes be inconvenient, but easy to solve.

Every question or request has been taken care of quickly. The most recent I can think of was the expiration of a gift.

**What do you like best about HALO?**

Friendly customer service and easy to get ahold of the points of contact whether it's via email or phone. This is helpful when troubleshooting issues with shipping delays or missing packages.

**What do you dislike about HALO?**

Dislike missing products and resolution of the problem. This causes frustration on the recipient end and the manager who is delivering the gift to the employee. Would like to see more partnerships on this moving forward.

**What problems is HALO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping solve recognition and rewards. This helps with creating loyalty between the organization and the employees. We would like to see different options. The current options are good but not great. Employees are looking for the next newest gift or recognition (PTO, Cash, etc.)

The thing I find the most helpful from HALO is the amazing partnership and the options available for gifts! The service is user friendly but also the support is amazing!

**What do you dislike about HALO?**

At this time, I have not found anything that I dislike while using Halo. All products and services have met my expectations and I don't currently have any dislikes.

**What problems is HALO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business problem that HALO solves for us is recognizing our employees. Rather it be for service anniversaries or retirements. This is a benefit to us because it gives our employees something they deserve but allows us to do it all under one roof.

I appreciate the range of awards.  It's nice to give our team members a choice that is meaningful to them!  The e-cards are great to send a quick note to someone too.

Responsive, good customer service, and whenever our company has a need, they make every effort meet the need. (Ie. a few years ago, we included International locations)

Just a few issues with shipments arriving timely

Packages are classy easy to order and fit well with our system

Service awards on some key dates are anticlimactic or even a step back.  The 15 year box is the same as the 5 year box, whereas the 10 year box is very fancy.

Makes it easier to recognize people without 1) breaking the bank and 2) not being stressed over whether or not an individual will appreciate a specialized gift

I like the fact that we can always rely on our account representative to resolve any customer services issues promptly and efficiently.  We appreciate the quick resolutions for our employees.

**What do you dislike about HALO?**

Would like to see more varied award offerings, especially for the lower tier levels.  Possibly gift cards being made available as service award selections as many of our employees are asking for this as an option.

HALO is able to provide a way for our company to recognize the hard work and tenure of our employees while relieving our company of the administrative burden of such a recognition program.

**What do you like best about HALO?**

Makes giving employee rewards easier. The vendor and its staff are easy to work with and know their product well.

**What do you dislike about HALO?**

Can be challenging when items are lost in shipment. Would be nice to have competitively priced corporate logo items available but we generally don't use Halo for this due to the mark-up on products. We will generally distribute products in different ways vs. shipping them to homes which is how we're able to pay less for products, but it would be easier to get everything shipped through Halo!

**What problems is HALO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More automated method of giving rewards and recognition to employees. Creative ways to award employees e.g. spin to win, gift cards.

**What do you like best about HALO?**

What I find most helpful about HALO is the accessibility to our Customer Experience Team and their prompt attention to any issue or request we have.  Emmy Panganiban is the best!

**What do you dislike about HALO?**

I don't have any dislikes.  We've encountered bumps in service along the way, but the HALO team worked diligently to address our concerns and get things back to running smoothly.

**What problems is HALO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most recently, one of our suppliers had an equipment breakdown and couldn't supply an integral part of a very special, 40-year commemorative gift.  Production was halted and delivery delayed with no alternatives offered.  When HALO was asked if they could provide a suitable alternative, they stepped right up and saved the day.  Thanks so much!

**What do you like best about HALO?**

My Halo rep is always on top of things. I never have to follow up with her; she gets back to me promptly and always answers my questions. The company is professional and on the ball.

**What do you dislike about HALO?**

From looking at 'prize' offerings, I sometimes wish they were updated a bit more frequently. I also wish there was a way to integrate our employee management software with HALO's ordering system such that each October, HALO could prompt an order for employees.

**What problems is HALO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're getting employees rewarded for years of service with classy, effective, personalized gifting. As Marketing Supervisor, I don't have to worry about ordering plaques and designing letters separately; I also don't need to concern myself with getting individualized gifts for employees as they can choose easily. My rep makes it easy to follow up if an employee misplaces their code.

We have an account representative assigned to us.  They are typically knowledgeable and accessible and helpful in selecting appropriate items for our staff.

**What do you dislike about HALO?**

There have been several occasions where the items we selected in our catalogs are no longer available.  It would be helpful to have current information at all times.

**Recommendations to others considering HALO:**

HALO provides good customer service and products.  I would recommend to others.

We use Halo to provide our employees with recognition gifs and service awards.  This is something that we do on a regular basis as part of our ongoing recognition program.

HALO was able to work with us to quickly establish a progam to recognize our top performers. The resulting program was well managed and communication was great every step of the way. The items provided were top quality and fulfilled quickly.

**What do you dislike about HALO?**

No major issues. We literally had one gift that had a shipping issue but it was managed and resolved.

**What problems is HALO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This was a quick pivot during COVID that replaced a long-standing recognition program. We were able to stand up the program quickly and communicate it to our employees. Because it was online, everything was quick and easy. It provided us with a great option during a very challenging time.

I'm not sure to be honest. The price is high, it takes about month for anything to get solved.

**What do you dislike about HALO?**

Your customer service is extremely bad. Really. 24-48 hours to get back to me? More like 2 weeks minimum and I had to get back to you to get a response.

Shop some where else or expect the full price with no promo codes for expensive shoes

Everything I have purchased utilizing my Goosbumps have been premium quality. I have utilized my bumps for a new blue wawa shirt and an Apple watch band. Much appreciated!

Nothing, honestly. The amount of goosebumps required for each exchange is always equivalent to the items value. HALO is a great provider and I hope they continue to be.

their ability to recognize employees within your company has helped with employee retention tenfold. I also think their ability to do brand merchandizing for company or promotions is amazing as well.

I say this about everything and everyone agrees even if it's free, it could always be cheaper! but the price point itself is definitely worth the cost. You won't be disappointed

Peer to peer recognition. Employer to employee recognition. Brand merchandise for employees or promotional events like job fairs or benefits for fundraising. Retention of employees is the biggest tool being utilized.

There are many options available on the Goose Bumps site. There are many different categories that interest a diverse group of people, especially for a diverse company such as Wawa.

Sometimes it can be challenging to navigate the site. The search catalog is either particular to specific items or generally broad categories. Improve the site by addressing search result issues.

Wawa's decision to partner with HALO granted employees an improved recognition service. I feel satisfied by this change, and when I receive Goosebumps from management, I think my time and effort are worth the work I do.

HALO programs are flexible.  Have used them for the last two companies I've worked for. Good gift selection that employees really like.  There are also other programs HALO offers to help companies with other large or small recognition programs.

Some challenges with implementation and our expectations could not be met.  It was ultimately resolved although later project kick-off than had planned.

Implement a data feed rather than monthly updates.  Currently too manual the way we do it.

Enhanced employee engagement through service award program upgrade.  Employees really like the new program, feel recognized. HALO is able to customize what we want and what works for our employees.

What I like best about HALO is how nice it is to have service awards for our employees be automated and done for us. The representative that helps us is also wonderful. She is quick to respond, knowledgeable, and very helpful! And nice, which always helps :)

The only issue I have run into is when the HALO system tells me someone is not in the system but I do the complete set up of adding them and then the HALO system tells me they already exist. But; we have our representative and I am able to contact her and she figures it out somehow! This only happens about 3 out of 10 times though so it's not too much of an issue, just slightly time consuming every once in a while.

**What do you like best about HALO?**

The ease of sending Kudos and e-cards to employees. It is easy to recognize our employees. They also provide our employees with the single sign on ability, so they can easily recognize any of their fellow co-workers with a click of a few buttons. The HALO team responds to requests within 48 hours and their team members spread across the world and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about HALO?**

The software is not user-friendly for many reasons, it is very slow, there are major lags whenever a report is pulled, there is no main dashboard for administrators to view their team, new team members are manually added in every month which is a major delay, and there is no easy way to view nominations and their comments.  When we want to send a mass kudos to celebrate all of our employees, it takes the HALO team a few weeks to get this out. This long delay limits are ability to use the mass kudos feature because a lot of things happen in the now. Overall, the system is very slow and there is no easy way to see the amount of kudos/points a team member has or a way to assign them a pin to congratulate them. The main issue for us is the software, the customer service is very friendly.

**Recommendations to others considering HALO:**

Consider how large your organization is. If the organization is large, then HALO may not be for you.

**What problems is HALO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solve the ability to recognize employees in a few clicks. Our system is set-up to make it easy for team members to send a friendly kudos to each other.

**What do you like best about HALO?**

Everyone with MCFina has always been quick with their responses, and very friendly! First, they send out email reminders so there is no way I would forget to give them employee information on time. I just have to submit a quarterly listing of all employees who are to receive a magic box, and MC Fina does the rest. Employees also like that they can pick out their own gifts on their own time. It's easy for them to use and they have a nice variety of choices for them to choose from!

**What do you dislike about HALO?**

I don't have any downsides, it's a great program! However sometimes the managers want to see a full length catalog and a list of all the prices associated with each gift. I know there is one online they can browse, but it doesn't tell me the price range for each set of gifts that we offer. For example, the 5 year anniversary gifts should have a price range, and we can't easily tell what that is. It would be nice to have a full list of the price ranges and then have the gifts listed. Sometimes managers want to be sure someone receives their full money's worth, and I think that would be very helpful. I think it would be nice to have online administrator access in some capacity also. That way if someone terminates or resigns, I can quickly go in and update the record online rather than relying on remembering on my own.

**Recommendations to others considering HALO:**

I would really recommend adding Halo. They take on all of the administrative tasks and employees love being able to choose their own gifts.

**What problems is HALO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a selection of items to choose from really eliminates an administrative burden off of us.
