Excellent PSA though workflow management can be confusing! **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Dave P. | Senior Technician, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2025 **What do you like best about HALO?** Queue management, agent involvement, decent support and integration with our other stack products means that the PSA has become the centralised product for the organisation. **What do you dislike about HALO?** Support can be a little circuitous, and problems/issues are not readily identifiable - lots of digging! **What problems is HALO solving and how is that benefiting you?** PSA and to some extent CRM.
