The price is high, it takes about month for anything to get solved. **What do you dislike about HALO?** Your customer service is extremely bad. Really. 24-48 hours to get back to me? More like 2 weeks minimum and I had to get back to you to get a response. **Recommendations to others considering HALO:** Shop some where else or expect the full price with no promo codes for expensive shoes **What problems is HALO solving and how is that benefiting you?** What are these questions lol. I cashed on for a voucher. The voucher never worked. It took a month for your team to fix the problem and that was after I waited 2 weeks from being told someone will get back to me in 24-48 hours ### 2.
