Friendly customer service and easy to get ahold of the points of contact whether it's via email or phone. This is helpful when troubleshooting issues with shipping delays or missing packages. This causes frustration on the recipient end and the manager who is delivering the gift to the employee. Would like to see more partnerships on this moving forward. This helps with creating loyalty between the organization and the employees. We would like to see different options. The current options are good but not great.
