HaloCSM is a type of customer service software that helps support teams manage, track and resolve customer enquiries across multiple communication channels from a single system. It is developed by Halo Service Solutions, a software company headquartered in the United Kingdom, and is used by organisations that support external customers rather than internal employees. Customer service software, also referred to as help desk software or customer support ticketing software, centralises incoming customer contact into a shared queue so that agents can respond consistently and managers can measure service performance. HaloCSM is commonly adopted by B2B software companies, financial services firms, retailers, universities, healthcare providers and public sector organisations. Most implementations replace a shared email inbox, a legacy help desk tool, or several separate point solutions used across different channels.
